The new ZEUTECH design permits economic pumping of high flows, handling the product gently. ZEUTECH ZL Pumps have a modern, new piston design. The non- contacting contra-rotating lobes combine, due to their geometry the advantages of the area seal of the pistons against the casing/cover with the line seal between the pistons. High precision and close tolerances lead to narrow packed sealing gaps which only permit minimal back flow and in this way guarantee high levels of efficiency. The shape of the ZEUTECH piston prevents the medium for being squashed and ensures a non-destructive displacement process.

The design of ZEUTECH ZL lobes prevents the products being squared the risk of it being damaged.
